We're known for our luxurious, natural & vegan goodies. We are a company of people who are passionate about nature, aesthetics and community. We use high quality ingredients that are natural and non-toxic in all products included in our gift boxes. We want to help you show your appreciation to your clients, employees, partners and friends. 

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan. This means they contain no animal products and are not tested on animals. 

Where do you ship from?

We are located in North Dallas. 

 

Shipping & Delivery

I want my order delivered on a specific day. Is that possible?

Yes. If you are within the DFW metroplex, we will deliver on your specified date, given it is at least 7 business days after your order is placed. 

If you are outside the DFW metroplex, we will ship your order within 5-10 business days, unless otherwise specified when making the order. 

I need my order shipped/delivered earlier than 7 business days. Is that possible?

Yes! Let us know that you want your order to be rushed. We will send you a personal invoice for the order. There is a 15% rush fee. 

I know what I want. Can I just complete an order online?

Sure! We have easy ordering options if you have a single-ship order. If you have multiple addresses to ship to, please contact us with your order and your shipping information and we will send a personal invoice.

Can I ship to multiple locations within a single order?

Yes! Part of our corporate gift service includes management of your shipping list, no matter how many people or locations are included. It is our policy to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to our corporate clients. Before you order, contact us with your order and your shipping information and we will send a personal invoice.

Can you ship River Birch gift boxes outside of DFW?

Yes, all boxes order with address outside of the DFW metroplex will be shipped. We carefully pack each box by hand to ensure the display of the gift box.

Is hand-delivery complimentary?

With orders of over 20 baskets, hand-delivery is complimentary within the DFW metroplex. This is both for delivery to individual addresses and corporate addresses. 

For hand-delivery, do you require signatures?

Residential addresses typically do not require a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the our driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is NOT required to leave the package. We will reach out to the contact information provided if unable to deliver. 

Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package.

What days do you deliver and ship?

We deliver and ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

How do I place a bulk order?

Does River Birch offer volume discounts?

Yes, we do! For large orders, please contact us.

Can you bill my company for corporate orders?

Can I make any substitutions to the products I see on the website?

Yes, of course! We pride ourselves on making the perfect gift box for every customer. Please fill out our concierge gifting form and let us know what product you would like to substitute for your gift box of choice. 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please call us at (469) 431-0136 and we will do our best to assist you.

Note: Your order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been packed for shipping. We run a continuous packing operation (especially during holidays) and packages are shipped by UPS all day long so we can get it to you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship product samples?

No, we do not ship samples of our products.

What gifts do you have available in large volume quantities?

All of our boxes are available in large volume quantities. Please fill out our concierge gifting form and we will reach out shortly with more details.

Can you insert my business cards and promotional materials with shipments?

Yes! Our team is able to insert business cards, brochures, flyers, and personalized cards at an additional handling fee. Just tell us your needs and we can provide you with a quote. Contact us here.

Can​ ​I​ ​add​ ​a​ ​gift​ ​message​ ​to​ ​my​ ​order?

A number of our products, but not all, have the ability to add a gift message. The charities and social enterprises we work with all have different capabilities. If you don’t see the option for a gift message at checkout, contact our team at riverbirchcandleco@gmail.com to inquire about which gifts you’d like to add a gift message to. Our gifting concierge team is happy to work with you to understand your needs, and will do what we can to provide alternatives if we aren’t able to add a gift message to your order.

Of course! If you need to order in quantity, customized or not, we can help you gift and give well. Please note that while we are focused on the corporate gifting space, we will happily provide you with gifts in bulk that can be used for family, friends, and events such as weddings, birthdays and family reunions. While we’ve tailored the site to meet company’s needs, such as branding with a logo, we can customize many of our products with monograms, wedding details and #hashtags, taglines and slogans, and family names.

Returns

What is River Birch's return policy on gift boxes?

We stand by the quality of all River Birch products. We accept unworn, unused, and uncustomized items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify for a refund. All products that have been customized (etched, embroidered, etc) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacture defect or have been damaged in shipping. Fine jewelry, consumable food products, and alcohol are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item or an item was damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item with a new item - just give us a call. Please note, any items that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to River Birch within 7 days of receipt of item. Please contact our Customer Support team anytime by emailing riverbirchcandleco@gmail.com or calling (469) 431-0136. Our standard office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM Central Standard Time. We will reply to your email within 24 hours during standard operating hours.

How do I return a gift box?

 Say it isn't so! Please contact us here. Once we have authorized the return, we will send you information on where to send your items for return. We will need you to securely repackage your merchandise and cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.
