Need a custom label?

  • We can print it for you and apply custom labels to make it quick and simple.
  • The back labels are 2.5" x 2.5" and the front labels are 3.5"x3.5“. 
  • Custom labels for Amber Soaps add up to 3 weeks to the lead time (due to custom ordering the labels)
  • *Minimum of 20 per scent for custom labels (only for soaps and room sprays)

For custom scents, it's really flexible. Typically, we make a replica scent of something you had in mind or make a blend of scents that you would like. Please email us at riverbirchcandleco@gmail.com with the scent that you would like us to make for you. Costs will vary depending on the ingredients needed. We have a minimum of 40 candles per scent for custom scents. Can You Make Custom Scents? We can make candles in almost ANY vessel. Please send us an email with the following info and we will give you a quote as soon as possible. Yes! We have a 15% code for all orders over $300. Use code " 15off300" We can offer further discounted prices on orders over 1000 units per scent/vessel. Please email us at sales@riverbirchcandles.com for a quote Do you have bulk discounts for private label or unlabeled? As each order is made just for you, we need to be notified that you would like to cancel or change your order before 9AM CST the calendar day after you place your order. After that point, we are unable to cancel or change the order because all supplies have been ordered and the production of your order has begun. What is the cancelation policy? + change request to orders We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to River Birch Candles within 5 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. What is the return policy?
